Returns are possible for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order, with the exception of earrings that are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

After this period, We cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Products purchased during a promotion are not eligible for exchange or refund.

The jewelry must be returned as you received it, in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (accessories, free jewelry, bags, cases, boxes, etc.) carefully packed in its original packaging to ensure optimal protection during delivery and accompanied by the invoice.

Sharlaim reserves the right to refuse a refund for the returned product if the aforementioned conditions are not met.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact customer service at contact@sharlaimbijoux.com with photos of the damaged order upon receipt of your package, along with your order number, within 5 business days of receiving the package. After this period, no claims will be accepted.

We are not responsible for the theft or disappearance of packages.
