This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or structural problems that may occur during normal use.
In practical terms, this means that if a clasp breaks, a ring comes loose, or a solder breaks without you having forced or bent your jewelry, we'll take care of it!
What is not covered:
The warranty does not apply if your jewelry is subjected to: Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, slight loss of shine over time) Shocks, twists or other accidents Improper use (chemicals, perfume, etc.) Repair by an unauthorized third party
How does it work if you have a problem?
To take advantage of your guarantee, simply: Send us the invoice or proof of purchase to contact@sharlaimbijoux.com Please explain the problem and attach a photo. If the defect is covered by the warranty, your jewelry will be replaced with the same model, or a similar model if it is no longer available.
